ESOP WEEK 4

Another great session at essential school of painting! Melissa Kime introduced us to 60s Russian film father frost / Morozko, and got us to make quick drawings from some paused stills. I took one of those onto some small canvas and painted the water reflection on the lower one. Quite fun painting an image upside down. Meanwhile I also continued to work on my larger painting from last week, adding some new marks to give depth and further reference the tarot from a couple of weeks ago with the 6 of coins and the 6 of swords, in an abstract way. Enjoying this a lot.
